PHASE I:  CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT PHASE

 

Our projects start with a 3D render to flush out all decisions and allow us to see the totality of our design from all angles, giving us confidence as we move forward. Into these visualizations we infuse these elements:

  • Lighting Plan

  • Branding and logo design

  • All Textiles

SCOPE OF SERVICES

PHASE II:  CONSTRUCTION PHASE

 

Once the vision is approved, our team of craftsman has the experience and expertise to build and install every aspect of our design.  Our designs are customized to fit our client and often include custom-built solutions to make the space unique.  In this phase we bring it all together and manage its completion.  This includes the following:

 

  • Budget and Cost Estimations

  • Project Resources

  • Team of vetted vendors

  • Management of installations

  • Communications

  • Staging

  • Photography before grand opening

  • Digital and hard copy of all PO handed at end of project
